In our efforts to provide you with just about every conceivable vista of Big Bass Lake this photograph is from the southeast side of the lake jut off Bluegill Lane. Not far behind this home would be Bluegill Lake itself.  What I like about this home is the old-fashioned dock which is rather long.  It is also one that probably is never taken in at the end of the summer much like our dock was on the southwest portion of the lake.

To the right is a view of the southeastern shore line of the lake.  It also is land that was once owned by Camp Martin Johnson.  I wonder how the swimming was in this portion of the lake?  Here, though, one would have an excellent view of both Grandma’s Hat and The Big Island.  And the old Big Bass Lake store would not be far to its south.

How’s the fishing off this dock?
