The Northeast Side of Big Bass Lake

This is one part of Big Bass Lake that I only traveled to once as it was way out of my familiar territory. My area of expertise on the lake usually ended at Four Winds and Turtle Island along with the channel to Little Bass Lake.  For some reason, the rest of the northern section of the lake held little interest for me.

Our property was on the southwest corner of the lake even though our forest extended all the way to Matson Road on the north side of the lake.  It even continued on the west side of Matson Road for much of the length of that sandy venue.

Perhaps those of you that live on the northeast section of Big Bass Lake could share something about your area?  I understand that this section of the lake happens to be the deepest of any on the lake.  Share with us and others of this portion of the lake by way of a comment.
